Returns & Exchanges
Zaphon wants you to be confident with your purchases, and make shopping online with us a safe, pleasant, convenient experience. We stand behind our products 100% and your satisfaction is guaranteed. Zaphon Shoes are 100% guaranteed to arrive beautifully made, one of a kind and free from any manufacturer defects.
If at any time you find a defect of any kind on merchandise you have purchased from Zaphon please follow the directions below to send a brief email describing the defect and we will send a replacement item, free of charge.
We take great pride in our reputation for wide selections, unique designs, good quality, and excellent value. No sale is final. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we'll assist you with a prompt exchange or store credit. An equal or greater value exchange, or store credit, excluding shipping charges, will be issued on unworn merchandise postmarked back to us within 7 days of receiving the items.
All returned merchandise must be unmarked with original tags attached and packaging Included. A Return Authorization number is required. Contact us via our online Form for a return authorization number and return shipping address. The return shipping address is not the same as our business offices.
Please be advised that returns are for exchange or store credit only, no credit card refunds will be issued. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to exchanges not made due to manufacturer's defect. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Exchange shipping fees may apply. Also please note that store credit is not available for seasonal or custom items (Custom Shoes, Holiday Shoes, Prom Shoes, Costume Shoes, etc.). Holiday Shoes, Prom Shoes, and Costume Shoes are size exchange only.
Customer must contact Zaphon within 3 days of receipt, and we will email detailed instructions and authorization for you to receive a free replacement, exchange or store credit. Please allow 14 business days for returns and/or exchanges to process. Once an order is placed, the order cannot be cancelled.
Because of the personalized nature of Custom Shoes, all Custom Shoes are final sale. Zaphon Shoes warranties your products against manufacturers’ defects for a period of 3 DAYS. All claims for discrepancies and damages must be made within 3 DAYS of receipt of the order. We want to be your premier online high heel shoe and boot supplier. Simply Contact us directly to request a Return Authorization Number. We cannot accept any items back without the Return Authorization Number. No credit card refunds will be issued. THERE IS NO CANCELLATION or REFUNDS issued on Shoes. All shoes are final sale.
Any damage as a result of mishandling or packing or missing accessories will be deducted from the refunded amount.
NOTE: EXCHANGES WILL NOT BE ISSUED FOR RETURNS MADE WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION.
CANCELLATIONS
Once an order is placed, the order cannot be cancelled. Unauthorized returns will be refused, or shipped back at customer's expense. Finally, any merchandise returned to Zaphon as "Refused" or "Unauthorized" returned shipments (without RA#) will result in a 35% restocking fee plus any shipping costs incurred by Zaphon, billed to the customer's credit card, and a store credit, issued for any remaining balance. No credit card refunds will be issued. Any damage as a result of mishandling or packing or missing accessories will be deducted from the refunded amount. Sorry, No Exceptions.
