Q. How long does it take to receive my order?

A. All orders placed before 11:00am EST (excluding Special Order items) will be processed that same day. If your order is placed after 11:00am EST, please allow 24-48 hours for processing.

Maximum delivery time on all in-stock items is five to seven business days, for all orders of in-stock items placed before 2:00 PM (EST). All out-of-stock items will be backordered automatically. Please allow 1-4 week(s) for completion.

For Custom Shoe orders, please allow approximately 7-14 business days from the time we receive your order for your shoes to ship.


*Please Note: By choosing Express Delivery, only the delivery time is expedited, not the availability or production time of your items. Please check item description for availability times. If you order items which are not in stock, or must be put into production, choosing an express shipping method will not change when we are able to ship your order.

** Although we ship fast, and always do our best to meet your needs, due to the volatility of and constant changes in the marketplace, we cannot predict exactly when your order will be shipped, and therefore do not guarantee delivery times. If you need your order by a certain date, please check the availablility times, choose the appropriate shipping method, and indicate your need date in the "comments" box at checkout. We will make every effort to help you.

 

Q. Are the transactions that are made on this site Secure?

A. Yes, You can order any of our products right online. Your shopping experience is secure. No need to worry about your personal or credit card information being intercepted.

Q. Can I exchange an item for a different size after I receive it?
A. Zaphon Shoes wants you to be confident with your purchases, and make shopping online with us a safe, pleasant, convenient experience. If at any time you find a defect of on merchandise you have purchased from Zaphon Shoes please follow the directions below to send a brief email describing the defect and we will send a replacement item, free of charge.

Zaphon Shoes will send a replacement item, free of charge, if you do receive an item other than that ordered. Items that are the style and size as ordered, are not exchangeable or returnable for any other size or style. All sales are final. Please be sure to check the sizing chart on each product page to select the proper size, as once an ordered is placed, we cannot change it.

Customer must contact Zaphon Shoes within 3 days of receipt, and we will email detailed instructions and authorization for you to receive a free replacement. Please allow 14 business days for returns and/or exchanges to process.

Please fill out our Contact Form to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number. (EXCHANGES WILL NOT BE ISSUED FOR RETURNS MADE WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION.)
