To find out the shipping status of your order, you will need your order number and the ship-to last name. We can only track your order after it has been shipped.

We specially package and ship your gift so that it will arrive in perfect condition, ready to present. Additionally, each order comes surrounded by beautiful tissue paper, complete with a signature silver seal. And upon request, we'll also include a complimentary gift card with your personal message.

  • For each additional $100 of Merchandise Total, please add an additional $15.00 to the Shipping charge (orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, DHL or USPS, depending upon the logistics and need date of each order)
  • For shipments to Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii, US Minor Outlying Islands; Virgin Islands (U.S), please add an additional $29.95 to the Standard Shipping charge (all orders are shipped via Express Delivery).
  • For Overnight Priority (deliver by 10:30 am), add $10.00 to Overnight Shipping charges.
  • For SATURDAY Delivery, add $50 to Standard Shipping charges.
  • There is no weekend service for our Second or Next Day delivery options. Therefore, a package that leaves our fulfillment center on a Thursday or Friday does not actually reach the shipper until Monday morning.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • Shipping for orders to Canada is $29.95, first $100: 5-7 days, plus or minus custom delays, including Signature Confirmation. $20 each additional $100. Express Mail: 2-3 days, + or - customs, $30 extra. Online tracking available.
  • We ship to most every country. All orders outside the US must use the International shipping options. Payment method must be verifiable or the order will not ship. For faster service, use Paypal. We ship International orders Standard International, first $100, $55: 5-7 days, plus or minus custom delays, including Signature Confirmation. $25 each additional $100. Express Delivery: 2-3 days, + or - customs, $45 extra. Online tracking available.
  • We are not responsible for any applicable customs tariffs, taxes, etc. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Zaphon Shoes does not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office. Signature Confirmation required.

  • To protect our customers from credit card fraud, we mandate that the shipping address match the billing address to which your monthly credit card statement is mailed. If the addresses are different, please contact your credit card company to add the alternate shipping address as an authorized secondary address. Your credit card company's phone number can be found on the back of your credit card.
  • Alternately, if the shipping address does not match the billing address to which your monthly credit card statement is mailed, you will receive a request for authorization, which you may email (from an ISP listed in your name), or fax back to our corporate headquarters. That information will be provided to you if necessary. Failure to provide us with this information in a timely fashion will cause your order to be cancelled and subject to a 35% restocking fee.
  • We do not ship to unverified shipping address as per instructions of the credit card company. This is for your protection and to help maintain a safe on-line shopping experience.
  • When you visit Zaphon Shoes, or send E-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. We will communicate with you by E-mail. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically, as we see fit, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. You may not use a false E-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of a card or other content.
  • Persons who commit fraudulent activity will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Both the FBI and the U.S. Secret Service are responsible for investigating Internet Fraud Cases. Fraudulent information will be provided to the issuing bank, shipping carriers and networked with our business partners. Zaphon Shoes will deliver the Product or Products to You: at the address for delivery (“Delivery Address”) provided by you in the Customer Details Form in the Offer; by way of the Shipping Method selected by you in the Offer; at the price (“Shipping Price”) that corresponds with the Shipping Method selected by You in the Offer; and within a time that is, at the discretion of Zaphon Shoes, feasible.
  • Anyone at the Delivery Address who receives the Product or Products is deemed to be authorized to receive the Product or Products.
  • Property and risk in the Product or Products passes to you upon delivery to the Delivery Address.

Shipping Deadlines

  • All orders placed before 11:00am EST (excluding Special Order items) will be processed that same day. If your order is placed after 11:00am EST, please allow 24-48 hours for processing.
  • Maximum delivery time on all in-stock items is five to seven business days, for all orders of in-stock items placed before 2:00 PM (EST). All out-of-stock items will be backordered automatically. Please allow 1-4 week(s) for completion.
 
* Please Note: By choosing Express Delivery, only the delivery time is expedited, not the availability or production time of your items. Please check item description for availability times. If you order items which are not in stock, choosing an express shipping method will not change when we are able to ship your order.
** Although we ship fast, and always do our best to meet your needs, due to the volatility of and constant changes in the marketplace, we cannot predict exactly when your order will be shipped, and therefore do not guarantee delivery times. If you need your order by a certain date, please check the availability times, choose the appropriate shipping method, and indicate your need date in the "Need Date" box at checkout. We will make every effort to help you.
*** Please be advised that special order dresses in sizes anywhere above size 16 can take anywhere from 4-12 weeks to arrive and are not subject to the normal availability times indicated.
**** Please note that the deadline for all express orders will be at 3:00 PM eastern standard time. This is only because our daily pick ups are at 4:00 PM which will give us one hour to process and ship. If there are any next day packages on Friday, please specify (by selecting the Overnight Delivery shipping option, if it will be for Monday delivery, or the Saturday Delivery shipping option.
